 Terms and Conditions

  1. Access to and attendance at the conference will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
  2. Payment is due prior to the start of the conference and in accordance with the time frame below. In the event of an excess number of registrations being received over and above the limited capacity of the venue, preference will be given to persons who have paid their registration in full.
  3. All early bird registrations must be made and paid for in accordance with the time frame below, or will revert to the standard rate.
  4. Non-Rotarians will pay the standard registration fee.
  5. An invoice with the registration pin number and the conference bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration.
  6. Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and been identified in the bank account.

  8. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique PIN number: (Name, Surname, PIN number). Failure to do so could result in your payment not being identified in the bank account and therefore not being receipted.
  9. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rand (ZAR) and are responsible to cover the full bank charges. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the conference bank account. Should this not be the case, the delegate will need to pay the difference in cash in ZAR on site before being allowed to participate in the Conference.
  10. Online Registration will close on Wednesday 24 February 2016.

Cancellations and Termination of Registrations

  1. On completion of your registration you will be liable for the full amount of the registration fees, within two weeks, subject to the cancellation conditions below.
  2. All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
  3. Early bird rates will only apply to bookings made by 16 November and paid for by 30 November 2015.
  4. Cancellations received in writing by 31 December 2015 will receive a full refund.
  5. Cancellations received in writing by 29 January 2016 will receive a 50% refund.
  6. After 29 January 2016 no refunds will be issued.
  7. All refunds due will only be issued after the conference.
