The Rotary Districts of Southern Africa are fortunate to have been chosen to host one of Rotary International's five 2015-16 Presidential Conferences in this case, that on Economic Development. Entrepreneurial development will be the particular focus of the Conference with the aim of encouraging Rotarians and their organisational partners to invest in people to create sustainable, measurable and long term economic advances in their communities. There are compelling reasons to do so, not least that the improved livelihood and success generated by skilled entrepreneurs is of immeasurable value. Rotary Districts of Southern Africa invite you to join the dialogue on economic development on Saturday, 27 February in Cape Town, South Africa, where the 2016 Rotary International Presidential Conference on Economic Development will be hosted. A primary goal of the 2016 Rotary Economic Development Conference is to provide solution driven guidelines that can be piloted and implemented after the conference, initially in Southern Africa, then internationally. |
